Yoga will resume at the start of the winter term

Dr. Saraswati teaches from her heart to yours, with the invitation to use the body as a vehicle to go beyond the body. Students will experience ‘real’ yoga richly layered with a broad range of philosophy, while guiding you through poses, breath work with both yin and yang elements, dynamic posture sequences and time for still presence– just like life. Class is filled with healing pearls of wisdom among the openness for personal transformation. All levels welcome. Tuesday classes for women only.
