Are you Ovulating?

Did you know that Basal Body Temperature is one of the easiest way to predict ovulation?

Is your menstrual cycle irregular?
Are your menstrual symptoms all over the place?
Are you not getting pregnant?

Taking your Basal Body Temperature consistently for at least 3 cycles, might be able to help you find the answers to some of these questions.

~Basal body temperature is the lowest body temperature attained during rest.
~Used to help predict ovulation for trying to conceive or for avoiding pregnancy.
~Your body temperature dips a bit just before your ovary releases an egg.
~A woman's BBT averages between 97°F (36.1°C) and 97.5°F (36.4°C). After ovulation, it rises to 97.6°F (36.4°C) to 98.6°F (37°C)
