Retreat

I’m feeling called to gather us together in a peer-led energy circle — a sacred, collaborative space where we meet as equals, as healers, and as reflections of one another’s light. There will be no single teacher and no single student, for we are each both. Together, we weave the tapestry of our shared wisdom and life force.
Lately, I’ve been reminded how healing is always available, often in the simplest of ways — in the warmth of someone’s eyes, in a shared breath, or in the quiet moment when two hearts recognize one another. It doesn’t always take a great ritual or deep intervention; sometimes, the medicine arises simply through presence.
In this way, we become each other’s teachers, mirrors, and medicine.
Let us come together to remember the sacred current that flows through us all — to restore, to replenish, and to be renewed as sisters, and at home in our hearts.
