Description

This is a series of simple yet potent energy exercises aimed at all bodies and all fitness levels. The intention for this session is to feel your body relaxing from the inside out. Here the focus is on three elements of practice: Breath, Visualization, and movement in order to activate the qi flow in the whole body, integrating the body’s ability to self-regulate, nourish resiliency, and decrease stress levels.
